Terms of use and parking terms

These terms apply to your use of i30parking.com and to parking at the i30 Parking facility, 6122 E. Interstate 30, Campbell, TX 75422, operated by i30 Parking LLC ("i30 Parking", "we"). By parking at the facility or using the site you agree to them.

Rates and reservations

Posted rates are daily $15, weekly $50 and monthly $125 per space, and heavy equipment from $125 per month depending on the space needed. Reservations for daily, weekly and monthly parking are made through Truck Parking Club (opens in a new tab), whose terms, payment, fee and cancellation policies also apply. Heavy equipment is priced by phone. Rates may change; the price shown at checkout when you book is the price for that booking.

Parking at your own risk

The lot is fenced, gated and monitored by video, and we provide parking space only. We are not a warehouse, bailee or insurer, and we do not take custody of your vehicle, trailer, equipment or contents. You park and leave items at your own risk, and you are responsible for insuring them. To the extent Texas law allows, i30 Parking is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to vehicles, equipment or their contents, or for injury, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Your responsibilities

• Park only in the space assigned to you, and only vehicles or equipment you own or are authorized to park.
• Keep your vehicle or equipment lawfully registered, and remove any hazardous materials, leaking fluids and waste.
• Follow posted lot signs and the instructions of our staff.
• You are responsible for damage you cause to the lot or to others' property.

Unpaid, unauthorized or abandoned vehicles

Vehicles or equipment that are unpaid, unauthorized or abandoned may be removed from the lot as permitted by Texas law, at the owner's expense.

The information on this site is provided for general purposes and may change without notice. Do not misuse the site or try to disrupt it or access it without authorization.
